We can't say, but we will say you'll have a jump-start to a healthy lifestyle & that may mean weight loss for some women. 2. Will I Receive Recipes as a Part of the Eat Beautifully Method?
We don't provide recipes for meals! If you like the word recipe, then we are more about Recipes for Life! You most likely have more than enough recipes in your bookshelf or kitchen and love to buy those magazines filled with them. And have they helped you to really feel fabulous on a permanent base? No. 

Therefore, we specialize in your relationship with food, changing habits, have the success mindset and supporting community as a first step. Sometimes, we might add a smoothie recipe or raw vegan chocolate pralines as a bonus. Yet, we integrate Beautiful Foods.
3. Is This a Vegetarian/Vegan Approach to Eating?
Nope! Living Mindful Eating believes in a holistic approach;not just eating according to the most popular food theory at the moment, but noticing each person’s life as a whole. This unique approach to eating is what we call bio-individuality, which means we recognize that not one way of eating works for everyone. 
4. Do I Have Enough Time for the Eat Beautifully Method?
We get that your life is busy. The Eat Beautifully Method was designed with this in mind and not to take over your life. 

The Eat Beautifully Method takes anywhere between 10 minutes to 30 minutes per week to enjoy the course material and resources, as well as 30 minutes for the live coaching call each week.

What if you have a family or demanding job, or an upcoming event?
